How do I begin a new Career in Real Estate?

2. Complete the 40 hour pre-licensing course.
3. Pass the state exam for your salesperson’s license.
4. Identify Clarity Realty as your broker so the state can issue your license and make you official.
5. Join the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors.
6. Take our comprehensive new agent training course.
